Did you forget your phone in the vehicle?
If this happened, please contact us through our social media channels providing the phone number from where you requested the ride, so we can help you. You can write us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Did you forget another object in the vehicle?
- If this happened in your last ride, you can contact the driver through a call, from the phone where you requested the ride. Just go to the side menu on the app, click on My rides, choose the last ride and then click on the phone icon that appears on the top right.
- If this happened in another ride: Open the Beat app, go to the Help menu > All my rides (Select the one where you forgot the object) > I had an emergency issue > I forgot an object in the vehicle, so we can help you.
If the driver found the forgotten object, we'll contact you again to inform you about this. In case the driver user has found the object, we'll help you both coordinate directly the delivery. However, we can't guarantee that the object will be found.
Remember that neither Beat nor driver users are responsible for forgotten objects once the ride has finished. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you to doble check your belongings before leaving the car.
